Shipping

We have two options:
HOME DELIVERY
By transport agency. Delivery hours may be from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
* Península: 6.50 €uros + IVA
* Balearic Islands: 14.50 €uros +IVA
* Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: postal service 20.75 €uros
Expenses arising from customs at destination will always be assumed by the client.
* These prices may increase depending on the weight and volume of your order.
For special shipments we reserve the right to charge, with prior acceptance, the actual transport costs.
In the event that the order has been shipped and the customer requests a change of address for delivery or the delivery address is incorrect, the customer must pay any additional costs incurred.
We are not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by the transport service.
PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT OUR WAREHOUSE
You just have to select this option when purchasing and when the order is ready we will send you an email so you can pick it up.

.Returns

You have 48 hours from receipt of the order to notify us if the exchange or return is due to an error on the part of MabaOnline, a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport.
If the exchange or return is due to a change of mind, you have 7 days from receipt of the order to notify us.
In both cases, you must send us an email to pedidos@mabaonline.com within the indicated timeframes with the following information:
· Order date and number, item(s) to be exchanged or returned, contact telephone number and the email from which the purchase was made.
· Reason for exchange or return.
Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. They must not have been manipulated or used.
When we receive the return and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount you paid for the item within a maximum period of 7 days. The costs of shipping the returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or a service error.
Variations in the tone of the wood with respect to the images on the website and the existence of knots and grain in the wood will not be a reason for its return, as such differences do not affect the quality of the product nor are they considered a defect in the item.
There may be a small variation in the measurements of the items with respect to those indicated on the website, which is considered a normal tolerance and will not be a reason for exchange or return.

Return of personalized items
If the item has been personalized, engraved, printed or made to measure, returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. In this case, you must inform MABA ONLINE within the first 48 hours after receiving the order by sending an email to pedidos@mabaonline.com
MABA ONLINE reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent. If any of these instructions are not followed, MABA ONLINE will not be responsible for any claim.

Do you want to exchange your item for another one?
Please contact us and we will inform you. You can do so by calling our phone number + 34 91 658 14 64 or by email. We will only make one return shipment, that is, the customer will receive the new item and will have to hand the package to be returned to the carrier, in this way the customer will only pay for one shipment.
