Delivery times

• If we have the item(s) in stock, the shipment is made by courier within approximately 24/48 hours
• For orders with personalized engraved items, the delivery time can be approximately 72 hours depending on the quantities and volume of orders.

The transit time for packages destined for the Peninsula is 24/48 hours and for the Balearic Islands it is 48/72 hours. The transit time for packages destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla depends largely on customs delays, and is highly variable, so we cannot offer an estimate of the transit time for these destinations, as shipments are made by Correos.

In the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, working days are understood to be from Monday to Friday, not holidays at origin or destination.

Only orders with all products in stock are sent within the indicated period. If a product is purchased that is out of stock, the shipment will not be made until it is manufactured and the delivery time will be informed by email if it is more than 1 week.

If you place your order during a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the following working day. In case of making the payment by bank transfer, the shipment will not be made until we receive the proof of payment.

Once the product leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a confirmation email.
